Informanos Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Inc. is a Canadian-based enterprise focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, technology, and data to help leaders and organizations grow and succeed. Our core strategic focus is partnering with executive, organizational, and leadership coaches – and the organizations they serve – to design and implement AI-powered human resource and leadership systems that strengthen coaching impact and enable measurable growth. Originally founded in 1992 as Informanus, the company transitioned under new leadership in 2023 and now operates across Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Since inception, Informanos has supported over 5,000 leaders and more than 15,000 users globally through its platforms and advisory work. In addition to private-sector engagements, Informanos works with governments and public institutions and was recently engaged by the Intergovernmental Committee of Economic and Labour Force Development (ICE-LFD) and the City of Toronto to explore how public-sector procurement can better support responsible AI adoption.
